Dong Quai Women's Health Tincture: PMS/Peri-Post Menopausal Hormone Support
Dong quai root studies have shown that it may help reduce pain, open blood vessels, and support relaxation of the muscles of the uterus. Also known as angelica sinensis and sometimes called female ginseng, dong quai root is traditionally used in herbal formula preparations for women’s health support. Passionflower is promoted today as a dietary supplement for anxiety and sleep problems, as well as for pain, heart rhythm problems, menopausal symptoms, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. Uva ursi is used for many different urinary tract disorders and can help reduce bacteria in the urine. It can also help reduce swelling and inflammation. Valerian is used for many different ailments including insomnia, anxiety, depression, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), menopause symptoms, and headaches.
Use During PMS Symptoms
Use during PMS symptoms: 2 dropper fulls in AM, or as directed by a healthcare provider, or as maintenance 1-2 times a week.
